YouLend Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payment institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/752) with firm reference number 947287.
YouLend is authorised as a payment institution to provide payment services in the United Kingdom. YouLend is authorised to open and operate settlement accounts for merchants, where funds can be sent by sales processors or card processors for the purpose of repaying the merchant financing. YouLend is also authorised to execute payment transactions, allowing funds to be paid out of those settlement accounts for the purpose of repaying the merchant financing.

YouLend’s merchant financing agreements in the UK are not regulated by the FCA for the purpose of providing business financing. Nevertheless, YouLend is committed to providing a clear, fair and transparent service across all of its products, and will still apply best practices to its merchant financing to deliver good customer outcomes.
