I am having issues with connecting with Open Banking

Please try the following steps below if you are having difficulties connecting your account to us with Open Banking. You will know it is connected as it will tell you when a successful connection is made and only connect the account we need - typically the account where your business transactions go into. Try the steps in the following order:

  1. Check Plaid's status page: They might be experiencing temporary technical difficulties.

  2. Double-check your login credentials: Make sure you're using the correct username and password for your bank account.

  3. Check your bank is not currently having issues.

  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, leftover data can interfere with the connection. Only try this step if you are comfortable doing so.

  5. Try connecting on a different device or browser: Plaid sometimes works better on your computer or a different internet browser.

  6. Contact YouLend support: If you're still having issues, contact your Account Manager or our Support team at support@youlend.com.
