I am having trouble accessing my Dashboard

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with our Dashboard. Please select one of the below options that best describes your issue.

Please note, the username will be the email address you used when you first made your YouLend account, during your initial application.

I have forgotten my Username or Password

If you have forgotten your Username then firstly please be aware, that this will be the email address you used when you first made your YouLend account, during your initial application. As such, if you check your email and you have emails from @youlend.com in the inbox it is likely this email address. If you still need help, then please contact us via Live Chat or using the methods in this article.

In the event you have forgotten your password please use this link and then click on Change password here to receive an email to reset the password. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk/Spam folders and ensure the correct email address is used for the username.

Wrong email or password message when I log in

Firstly, please ensure you are using the correct username when attempting to log in. The username will be the email address you used when you first made your YouLend account during your initial application. If you are still unable to access then click on Change password here on the Dashboard log in page to receive an email to reset the password. If you do not receive the email, please check you Junk/Spam folders and ensure the correct email address is used for the username.

Incorrect or no information shown when I log in

If you are logging in and not seeing the information you need, then please ensure you are using the correct email address as a username. Potentially, you may have an old application that used this email address upon signing up. As such, it will not show the correct information. It would be best to first try a different email address as your username and then see if the correct information is given when you log in.

Also, as only one entity on YouLend can be linked to one email address, this would mean that this email could only show one entities funding on the Dashboard. Please try to access using another email address, and if this does not work then please contact us via Live Chat or using the methods in this article.
