Firstly, we are happy to hear you have accepted an offer from YouLend and signed the contract!
When a contract is signed, you may experience a delay whilst we ensure that your sales/payment processor details have changed to allow repayments of your YouLend funding to occur. Your Account Manager will guide you through this process, and it is important to take the requested actions as this will make the release of the funding faster. Please note, this may not apply to your funding, for example if the contract says the Payment Facilitator is Plaid, you signed a Direct Debit mandate for repayment (Amazon) or your sales platform is sends us the deduction for repayment (eBay or Stripe for example)
We also perform final checks on all fundings once signed and the above (if applicable) is completed, which should not take long and are part of our responsibilities and duties of being a responsible lender. If you signed the contract before 16:30 (GMT/BST) then you should receive the funding that same day to the nominated business bank account - this is of course pending the final checks and payment processor realignment for repayment.
