In the event you are expecting a payment from YouLend and you have not yet received it, then the best place to check first is your Dashboard. You can see what we have received by going to the Transactions section and then viewing the Settlement account. The payments to the YouLend account from the card terminal provider or sales processor will show as Settlement, and the money that goes to your business bank account will show in green as Payout.
If after checking using the steps above we have not received the payment yet also, then next step is to check our status page. This will show you if we are having any general technical issues with payments.
Finally, after confirming we have no general issues then please contact the sender and ask why the payment may not have reached us. Payments may be delayed due to the time it takes for your payment processor or platform to release funds to YouLend for example. If the sender says the payment has been sent with no issues, then we would need the following from your payment or card terminal provider to trace the payment:
The exact amount of the payment
The date and time it was sent
Any references the sender may have
The method by which the payment was sent (for example, Bacs or Faster)
When we have the above our Payments team can then perform a trace on the payment in question. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, to expedite the tracing process.
