What do I do when my sales processing provider has changed?

If you have changed your sales provider then please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. This is to ensure so we can guide you through the process of changing the details to allow the payment of your funding. This is due to each provider requiring different documentation. An example of what we would term to be a sales processing provider would be the company that provides your terminal, or online sales platform. It may not be possible to re-route the sales from your new processor, but we will look to provide an alternative repayment option if this is the case.
