To see if you may be eligible for more funding, you can check your YouLend Dashboard. Please note, your Username will always be your Email Address.
Once logged in you will be notified if you are eligible. By clicking on Request offers or Apply now you can make the application, once completed your assigned Account Manager will have an update for you as soon as possible. This will typically be within 24 hours.
You can also speak to us on Live Chat or other methods to discuss this further. To speak to us on Live Chat, you can interact with the pop-up in the bottom right of the page across all devices.

All of our merchants with funding will have access to the Dashboard to check, unless you are a Stripe merchant who took an offer from the Stripe platform.
In the event you did take funding from Stripe directly then you would need to check your eligibility on the Stripe Dashboard. It should appear once you are 80% repaid on your current funding, if it is not available then please contact Stripe for further assistance.
