How do I change my payment details?

If you would like to change the bank account we are sending your settlements to or charge Direct Debits from, then we would need you to send documentation of your new account to: support@youlend.com

On this document it would need to show:

  • Full name(s) of the Sole Trader or members of Partnership

  • If you have a Limited Company or other entity it would need to show the full name of the company instead (including LTD or Limited)

  • The Account number

  • The Sort code

A recent Bank Statement would be best, or alternatively an account opening/welcome letter with the above information. Please note the name or business name on the account you want to switch to must match the name or business name that received the YouLend funding.

Once you've provided this, there will be a short form emailed to you for you to sign. After signing your account should be updated the same or next day subject to checks from our operations team.
