Firstly, please note that new applications usually take 24 to 48 hours to review. We do look to provide an answer within 24 hours however. If you are within this timeframe then is is likely your application will be with our underwriters. Once there is an update from this team, your Account Manager will then be in touch.
If you have been waiting longer than the above timeframe, and you do not have any contact details for the Account Manager then you can also use the Live Chat facility to arrange a call back. You can do this by clicking on I want an update on my application then I want my Account Manager to update me. Our Account Managers work from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 Friday, so if this call back is arranged after 16:30 or when we are unavailable then they will be calling you the next working day.
Please note that if you do not have an active application then you will not have an Account Manager. If you do not have an active application, then in all circumstances it will be best to talk to Customer Services.
