Where can I find the Loan Reference and Borrower Numbers?
To find the Loan reference number navigate to your Dashboard and then go to the Advances section. Here you will see your funding or a list of your fundings. The Loan Reference number will be the reference (each funding has a unique number) and will be 8 digits long.
To ensure easier crediting of the money, please use the Loan Reference number of the funding you are paying back currently.
The Borrower number can only be obtained from our Customer Service team, so please contact them to obtain this.
